You are not alone!

"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest." ~ Matthew 11:28

why this website?

My purpose in establishing walkthroughgrief.com is to have a central place to share the lessons I am learning on this journey, to provide some resources for those on the journey through grief or are walking with someone in grief, and to provide a forum (hopefully) where people can share their stories, a safe place to share and to interact with others on this journey that no one would ever choose to take.

Love that you are living MAD ( Making a difference) ❤❤ My heart broke in so many pieces over loss in 2021, sharing your grief journey has been a blessing in my life. It’s so hard to talk about the loss. I miss you all. Not only did I lose Shari, at times I feel like I’ve lost family, friends and a whole community. I tend to isolate. You have allowed me to feel a part of something bigger than myself. Much love to you all ❤️

I’m delighted you have set this up and are sharing to more people. I so appreciate your open and honest expression of what you are going through. I haven’t experienced what you have yet, but know that some day my wife of (so far) 46 years and I will separate by death. Your words will be a light that the Holy Spirit will use to guide one of us through our journey of grief. Thank you!
